Our retreats, based in the UK’s beautiful Lake District, are designed for people who love good food and want to lose weight.
At Weight in Mind we aim to create a supportive, caring environment where you can feel safe to share and resolve the many issues – physical and emotional – related to weight gain.
Our team of experts are continuously available to support you through your weight loss programme; working with you to find solutions to poor eating patterns and relationship with food, as well as your individual health issues and fitness levels.
Our retreats are about successful long term weight loss (rather than rapid weight loss that cannot be maintained).
The programme will additionally improve your fitness and health to help you gain the confidence to feel good about your body and yourself. It is designed to suit a wide range of your weight-related needs:
